Network Problems Are Preventing Connection To Microsoft Exchange

  • Step 4:Select the Microsoft Exchange app when prompted.
  • Step 5:Similarly, choose the type of problem that you’re encountering with the Outlook application and click the Next button.
  • Step 6:Now, the utility tool will detect the issue and suggest some troubleshooting instructions.
  • Step 7:Perform the on-screen instructions to resolve the network problems are preventing connection to Microsoft exchange issue. Check if you are able to connect to Microsoft Exchange.

Method 4: Reinstall Outlook

If the issue persists, reinstall the Outlook application on your Windows computer.
