How To Use Multiple Yahoo Mails?

Nowadays, most people have at least two email accounts—one for personal use and another one for the work or business use. Most email clients support, creating, and use multiple yahoo mails. Yahoo Mail is one of them. You can connect not only your Yahoo email account but also Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, and AOL mail accounts to the Yahoo Mail app. Yahoo Mail also comes with some interesting features that make your email message look clear and easy to understand. You can include GIFs, photos, and more to your Yahoo messages. The below section explains how to add and access multiple email accounts on Yahoo mails.

Adding Gmail, Outlook, or AOL mail:

On your desktop or laptop, open a web browser.

Go to the Yahoo Mail sign-in page.

Enter your Yahoo Mail credentials in the given fields.

Click the Sign-in button.

On your Yahoo Mail account’s main interface page, locate and click the Settings option.

Now, the Settings window will appear on your system’s screen.

In the Email addresses section, click the Add another mailbox option to use multiple yahoo mails.

Now, a list of email client's icons will appear on the screen.

Choose the Gmail, Outlook, or AOL mail based on your desire.

Complete the remaining steps of account creation by performing the prompts displayed on the screen.

Steps to add extra email with your existing Yahoo mail account:

On your existing Yahoo account’s main interface page, click the Gear icon.
Choose the Settings option.
Click the Accounts menu followed by the Add button.
Now, a dialog box will pop-ups on the screen.
Enable the Set up to Receive emails option by clicking the checkbox beside it.
Fill the Sending Name, Email address, Reply-to-address, Username, Password, and Deliver email to fields with valid data.
Finally, click the Save button to use multiple yahoo mails.
The new email address is added to your existing Yahoo account.

If you wish to set up a second Yahoo Email Account, then proceed with the guidelines given below.

Navigate to Yahoo’s official website.
Tap the Mail menu.
When prompted, enter your existing Yahoo account credentials in the appropriate fields.
Click the Settings option located at the right-hand side of the screen.
Locate and tap on the More Settings highlighted text.
Go to the Mailboxes tab.
Click the down arrow available beside the Email alias option.
Tap the Add button.

Once it is done, you can access two Yahoo accounts by simply tapping the account icon.

Accessing multiple Yahoo accounts

You can access multiple Yahoo accounts using the Account Switcher option in the mail.
But using this option you can’t merge the accounts. You can just switch the accounts by clicking the Sign in or Sign out button.
The main drawback of the Account Switcher option is that it is only available in Full-featured Mail.

Steps to open multiple Emails in Yahoo Mail

First, enable the Tabs for Multitasking option by following the instructions given below.
Sign in to your Yahoo account.
Click Gear > Settings > Viewing email.
Navigate to the Multitasking section.
Select the Tabs option.
Click the Save button.
Now, select the email message you wish to open and right-click on it.
Choose the Open in a separate tab option.
Similarly, view all the email messages you wish to open and use multiple yahoo mails.
