Granting permission to the folder

  • Step 3:Select the name of the delegate person folder and go to the Permission tab.
  • Step 4:Under Other, make sure that the Folder visible checkbox is selected and click OK.

Changes to be made in Outlook settings

  • Step 1:Click File in Outlook. Select the Account settings option and choose the Account settings section.
  • Step 2:Select the Email tab in the list and select the Exchange account type option.
  • Step 3:Click Change and select More Settings.
