  • First, download the Zoho Mail Lite app on your Windows PC.
  • After downloading the app, open the .exe file. The installation window opens on the PC.
  • When you see the User Account Control alert pop up, choose the Yes option.
  • In the Setup window, select the destination folder to install the application.
  • Once the installation completes, click on Finish.
  • Click the Start menu and launch the application.

Options available in the Zoho Desktop Client App:

Open in Browser:

Choosing the Open in Browser option will open the current view of your Desktop client app in a browser. You can easily switch between the Zoho Mail Desktop application and the web version.


The Edit menu comprises the following options: Undo, Cut, Redo, Copy, and Paste.


The View option comprises of options such as Reload app, Toggle full screen, Toggle Developer Tools, Downloads, Attachment viewer, Zoom, and Auto Sync to Dark mode.

Add Account:

The Add Account option allows you to add multiple accounts in the desktop app. To add an account, use the following steps.
