Solve The Bellsouth Email Login Problems
Bellsouth email is one of the email services being used by a number of users. Since it merged with the AT&T webmail, you have to log in to the AT&T webmail portal to access your Bellsouth email account. - On your PC, open the default browser and navigate to the AT&T webpage.
- Next, click the Sign In button available at the top-right corner of the screen.
- It will direct you to the login portal to solve Bellsouth email login problems.
- Click on the Forgot Password link to proceed with the account recovery.
- On the verification page, click the Password radio button and enter the email address and last name in the required fields.
- Make sure that you uncheck the Save User ID checkbox to restrict unauthorized access to your account.
- Enter the displayed Captcha in the text box and click the Continue button.
- On the next page, choose either Send me a temporary password or I'll answer my security questions based on your wish.
- If you have selected the temporary password option, you will receive a password on your alternate email address.
- Log in to the alternate email address linked to your Bellsouth account and note down the temporary password.
- Enter the temporary password in the AT&T login portal to access your Bellsouth account.
- If you have already selected some security questions for verifying your Bellsouth account, you can choose the second option to recover your account.
- It will prompt you to answer the security questions to give access to your Bellsouth account.
- Once you have logged in to your account, reset the password by navigating to My Profile.
- Enter your new Bellsouth password in the required fields and click the Save changes button.
- If you are logging in to your account for the next time, you need to use the new password after finishing the Bellsouth email login problems.
