On your iPhone, touch the Settings icon to launch the Settings application.

Select the Passwords & Accounts option followed by the Add Account option.

Tap the Menu icon, select the Settings option, and touch the Add Account option.

Select the Google option. Type either the Gmail account’s email address or your phone number in the Email or Phone field.

Tap the Next option and then enter the password for the Gmail account in the Enter your Password field.
