- Step 1:On your Windows computer, launch the eM Client app by double-clicking its shortcut icon.
- Step 2:Click the Menu button at the top-left corner and select the Tools option from the drop-down menu.
- Step 3:Click on Settings from the sub-menu and select the Synchronize items at startup option.
- Step 4:Also, select the synchronize items every 10 min checkbox. Doing so will sync data only in the background and not on startup.
- Step 5:Alternatively, check if the Calendar service is enabled for your email account configured in the eM Client app. To do so, click the Menu button and select Tools Accounts.
- Step 6:In the Accounts window, select your email account from the left-side panel and click the General tab.
- Step 7:Under the Services section, ensure that the Calendar checkbox is selected.
- Step 8:Click OK and check if the problem has been resolved.
- Step 9:If your eM Client Calendar is not working, ensure that the app is up-to-date.
